When will I be charged?

You're charged immediately when you subscribe, then on the same date each month (monthly plans) or year (yearly plans).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal through our secure payment provider.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, we generally don't offer refunds for used services. Contact support if you have concerns.

What happens when I cancel?

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. Content will continue to be published until then. After that, no new content will be created.

Can I pause my subscription?

We don't currently offer subscription pausing. You can cancel and resubscribe when you're ready to resume.

Why is there a separate subscription per site?

Each website requires dedicated AI resources for content research and generation tailored to that site's niche. This ensures quality and relevance.

Do yearly plans auto-renew?

Yes, all plans auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Where can I see my invoices?

Invoices are sent to your email after each payment. You can also access payment history through the billing page.
